Remember that membership requires investment both in brothers by the chapter and by brothers in the chapter. Membership is always a two-way street! Rush, Recruitment, and retention are all different sides of the same coin and all are interlinked to each other

 

Rush is two weeks but recruitment is year round. You constantly reflect the APO "brand" with your action, words, and conduct. What you do and say reflects on the entire brotherhood so remember to always reflect the APO values. 

 

Retention is investment by and investing in brothers so that they are able to fulfill a need, desire, or goal. 

 

Check with your chapter "doctor" or VP of Membership to keep track of your chapter's overall health.
